BE IT RESOLVED by the Ccmmon Council of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, that said Common Council hereby
resolves that the City Attorney of the City of jeffersonville
is hereby empowered to file such lawsuits as he deems necessary
against those Individuals, corporations os partnerships who
are delinquent to the Jeffersonville Sewer Depar~men~ in the
amount of $200.00 or more.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City
of Jeffersonville that the City Attorney should provide each
of the individuals, corporation or partnerships agalns~ whom
the City intends to file suit, as se5
the City's intention to file suit and
corporations or partnerships with ten
fcrth above, notice of

correct the indebtedness. Said notice ~ay be given by sending
a letter setting forth the City's claim by first class ~ail
and registered mail, Return Receip~ Requested, to the address
of the property for which the debt was incurred or the address
which has been provided to the Sewer Department for billing.

agains~ those individuals, corporations or partnerships who
are delinquent to the jeffersonvil]e Sewer Department in the
amoun~ of $200.00 or more.
