HomeMy WebLinkAbout1985-OR-56WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Clark County Memorial Hospital and Medical Investors Limited, an Indiana Limited Partnership, by and through Richard F. Schnatter and Robert Heuel, its sole General Partners, petitioned the City of Jeffersonville to vacate the following Street lOcated in the .City of Jeffersonville, County of Clark, State of Indiana, and more specifically described as follows: That part of Sparks Avenue in the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, which lies west of Missouri Avenue and east of Outlot No. 22, Clarksville in Clark County, Indiana, and bounded as folloWs: Commencing at a concrete monument which marks the north- east corner of OUtlot No. 22 in the said Town of Clarksville, thence the following~courses: South 4 deg. 05 min. 12 sec. West, 81.03 feet with the east line of said Outlot No. 22 to a chisel cut in the concrete sidewalk which is the true place of beginning. Thence the following courses of the boundary: South 85 deg. 29 min. 44 sec. East, 117.63 feet with the north line of Sparks Avenue to a chisel cut in the concrete sidewalk and in the west line of Missouri Avenue (60 feet wide); South 4 deg. 22 min. 45 sec. West, 50.0 feet with the west line of Missouri Avenue extended to an iron pin in the south line of Sparks Avenue (50 feet wide); North 85 deg. 29 min. 44 sec. West, 117.27 feet with the south line of Sparks Avenue to an iron pin in the east line of said Outlot No. 22, Clarksville; North 4 deg. 05 min. 12 sec. East, 50.0 feet with the east line of said Outlot No. 22 to the true place of beginning and containing 5873 square feet of land. ~ WHEREAS, the Jeffersonville Plan Commission has approved and recommended said vacation subject to the following restrictions: 1. The vacation is made subject to all existing utility easements which are currently on the real estate in question. 2. The petitioners hereby grant to the City of Jeffersonville an easement through the property which is sUfficient to allow the Jeffersonville Fire Depart- ment and the Jeffersonville Police Department and any other emergency vehiCles to proceed to any existing structures on the property commonly known as the Ingram Mansion. described be restrictions.
