AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE REMOVAL OF THE "HELICOPTER FUND"
WHEREAS, the Common Council believes that it is in the
best interest of the City of jeffersonville to remove the
"Helicopter Fund" from the Budget and to place any and all
moneys now in the fund in the General Fund.
· NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council that
held
the " '
Helicopter Fund" is hereby eliminated and all moneys
in said fund are ordered transferred to the General Fund.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage an approval.
