ORDINANCE CREATING MAYOR'S PROMOTION FUND
WHEREAS, the Common Council believes it is in the
best interests of the City of jeffersonville to have a fund
for the purpose of promgting the development of the City of
jeffersonville.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
of the City of jeffersonville, that there shall be created
a Mayor's Promotion Fund, which fund shall be funded through
the City's Annual Budget.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
