ORDINANCE NO. 85-0R-~
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN
FUNDS WITHIN THE SAME DEPARTMENT
to
WHEREAS, an emergency now exists and it has become necessary
appropriate more money for certain budgetary items; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same Department sufficient
moneys to pay this additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the
City of jeffersonV~l~e, Indiana, that the sums of money as herein-
after set out within the Ge~R1CFundil budget be transferred as
indicated below:
