AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
R-2, RESIDENTIAL, TO B-i, LOCAL BUSINESS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of Jeffersonvitle, Indiana, that the Zoning Ordinance, being
Ordinance No. 1527, be amended in that the property herein
described is reclassified and rezoned from R-2, Residential,
to B-i, Local Business:
Lot No. 9 in Block No. 2 of Anna L. Ingram's Subdivision
of part of Lot No. 17 of the Leavenworth Subdivision of
part of Lot No. 8 of Illinois Grant in Clark County, said
Lot fronts 30 feet on Duncan Avenue and extends back East-
wardly same width 135 feet to 5 foot alley, at 1322 Duncan
Avenue.
ALSO
Lot No. 10 in Block No. 2 of Anna L. and William T. Ingram's
Subdivision of Lot No. 17 of the Leavenworth Subdivision
of part of Lot No. 8 of the Illinois Grant in Clark County
in the State of Indiana. Said Lot fronts 30 feet on Duncan
Avenue, and extends back the same width Eastwardly 135
feet to a five foot alley, at 1320 Duncan Avenue.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
