AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SPECIAL
APPROPRIATION FOR THE CITY

Budget.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary
appropriate more money than was appropriated in the Annual

NOW, THEREFORE,
SECTION ONE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
of Jeffersonville, Clark County, Indiana, that
for expenses
of said City, the following sum of money is hereby appropriated
and ordered set apart out of the fund herein named and for
the purpose herein specified, subject to the. law governing
the same: ~
