AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SPECIAL
APPROPRIATION FOR THE CITY
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary
to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the Annual
Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE,
SECTION ONE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Comm0~ Council of the City
of Jeffersonvill~'~~Clark County, Indiana, ~hat for expenses
of said City, the following sum of money is hereby appropriated
and ordered set apart out of the fund herein named and for
the purpose herein specified, subject to the law governing
the same:
'Appropriations from the
Federal Revenue Sharing
Fund for the following:
Police Department
Equipment Purchase
Parks Department
Services Contractural
