AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LAUNCHING FEES

Penalties
Whenever this ordinance is violated by the launching
of a boat without the required "sticker", this indi-
vidual shall be cited to come before the Judge of
the jeffersonville City Court at the City-County

If the individual so cited shall on or before his
or her court appearance purchase from the Board of
Parks and Recreation an appropriate sticker, this
shall be a complete defense for a violation of this
Ordinance.
In the event that an individual so cited shall
fail to purchase a sticker on or before his court
appearance, the Judge of the jeffersonville City
Court shall, upon a finding that the individual so
charged violated the Ordinance, fine said individual
not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than
One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each violation.
Ail funds received from the sale of the stickers
shall be deposited in a special non-reverting fund
for the repair of the boat launch ramps within the
City of Jeffersonville.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and
after its adoption and publication as required by Statute.

If any part of this Ordinance is found to be unconsti-
tutional, then in that event the remainder of this Ordinance
shall remain in full force and effect.
