AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING PARKING OF CERTAIN
CONSTRUCTION-TYPE VEHICLES ON PUBLIC STREETS
WHEREAS, the parking of bulldozers, steamrollers,
graters, dump trucks and other construction vehicles on the
public streets or alle~ of the City create a safety hazard;
and
