AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PORTIONS
OF SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 85-OR-4
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that Section 1 of Ordinance No.
85-OR-4 be amended by the addition of the following:
Section 1
The employee designated as the "backhoe operator" shall
receive an additional $0.25 per hour compensation.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its~%~passage and approval and shall be retroactive
to January 1, 1985.
