ORDINANCE NO. 85-0R-10
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN THE SAME DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencie~ have developed
since the adoption of the existing annual budget and it has become
necessary to appropriate more money for certain budgetary items,
and
WHEREAS, there is now with the same department sufficient
moneys to pay.such additional amounts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Co~r~on Council of the
City of jeffersonville, Indiana:
SECTION 1.
That the sums of money as hereinafter set out within each
department be transferred as indicated:
COMMON COUNCIL
To:
Electric Current ~202 Services Contractual $5,000.00
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be Sn full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
