AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUILDING CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the following designated paragraphs
of Section 502 of Chapter 5 of the Jeffersonville Building
Code, Appendix A, are hereby amended as follows:

Indiana Electrical Rules, 1984 Edition (660 IAC 7)
originally published as (4 IR 798) which identifies,
amends and incorporates therein the National Electrical
Code, 1984 Edition.

One and Two Family Dwelling Code in Indiana, (660
IAC 3-1) originally published as (4 IR 916) which
identifies, amends and incorporates therein the CABO
One and Two Family Dwelling Code, 1983 Addition,
with Indiana One and Two Family Dwelling Code, 1984
Edition.

Indiana Energy Conservation Code, 1984 Edition, Volume
VII, (675 IAC 19) and Model Energy Code, 1983 Edition,
Fourth Printing, by the Council of American Building
Officials.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that Section 1203 (4) of Appendix
A of the Jeffersonville Building Code is amended ~o read as fcl]ows:

The license fee shall be Seventy Dollars (S70.00)
for all heating, ventilating, air conditioning and
refrigeration licenses with a renewal fee of Seventy
Dollars ($70.00), payable on or before January 2
of the following year.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that Section 1003 of Chapter 10
of the Jeffersonville Building Code, Appendix A, (4) shall
be amended as follows:

The license fee shall be Seventy Dollars ($70.00)
for all electrical licenses with a renewal fee of
Seventy Dollars ($70.00), payable on or before January
2 of the following year.
This Ordinance shall be in full fcrce and effect from
and after is passage and approval.
