BE IT ORDAINED by the Common council of the City of
jeffersonville:
Whenever a performance Bond shall be required on any con-
struction work done for the City of jeffe~sonville or any of its
DepartmentS, which construction work is in the amount of
$25,000.00 or more, such performance Bond shall have a corporate
surety. This surety shall be of such a nature tha~ a majority
interest in either stock or ownership is not held by the indi-
vidual, firm, corporation or any other entity which is doing
the construction work.
This ordinance shall be in effect upon
and publication as required by Statute-
