AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PORTIONS
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 84-0R-61

BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
Indiana, that Section 1 of Ordinance No.
to read as follows:
Section 1
of the City of jeffersonville,
84-OR-61 be amended
That effective from and after the first day of January.
1985, the following appointed officers and employees of the
City of jeffersonville, Indiana, shall receive the following
base salaries per year.
SEWAGE DEPARTMENT
Manager,
Clerk, 1st Deputy ................................ 14,592
Clerk, 2nd Deputy ................................

Clerk ............................................

Superintendent ...................................

CERTIFICATION COMPENSATION: An employee meeting
the requirements established by the Indiana State
Board of Health and passing the State Examination
for Municipal Wastewater Plant Operator Certification,
may receive $0.25 per hour per certification level
obtained with a limit of six(6) employees and approval
of the Board of Public Works.
