WHEREAS, the Common Council believes it is in the
best interest of the City of jeffersonville, Indiana, to have
a required engineering study done concerning the creation of
an industrial Park on the .Crum-Atkins" site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council
will provide up to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) toward
the engineering study required for the .Crum-Atkins" site.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, this 16th day of November, 1985.
Presented by me as Clerk-Treasurer to the Mayor of
the City of jeffersonville, Indiana, this ~ day of November,
1985.
