A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE,
INDIANA, ACKNOWLEDGING THE PAYMENT ISSUED TO RUNDELL, ERNSTBERGER
& ASSOCIATES BY THE JEFFERSONVILLE DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT AS
PARTIAL REPAYMENT OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY'S LOAN OBLIGATION
TO THE CITY.
WHEREAS, in 1984 the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville
advised and directed the jeffersonville Department of Redevelopment to enter into
a contract with the planning team of Rundell, Ernstberger & Associates to assist
in the development of conceptual plans for the stabilization of the Ohio River
Bank area along Riverside Drive. The amount of said contract being $20,000.; and,
WHEREAS, said Redevelopment Agency did contract with the planning
team of Rundell, Ernstberger & Associates and issued payments to said planning
team in a timely manner.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSONVILLE, INDIANA, that said Council does hereby acknowledge a payment
issued to Rundell, Ernstberger & Associates by said Redevelopment Agency in
the amount of $10,000 as partial repayment of a loan obligation between the
Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville and the jeffersonville Department
of Redevelopment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give notice as
provided by law.

CERTIFICATE OF RECORDING OFFICER
THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY CERTIFIES AS FOLLOWS:
1. That he is the duly qualified and acting City Clerk-Treasurer
of the City of Jeffersonville, ~ndiana, (hereinafter called the "Locality"),
and the custodian of the records of the Locality, including the minutes of the
proceedings of the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana,
(hereinafter called the "Governing Body").
2. That the attached Resolution is a true and correct copy of a
Resolution, including the WHEREAS clauses, as adopted at a meeting of the
Governing Body held on the ~ day of ~, 1985, (hereinafter
called the "Resolution of the Governing Body").
3. That the Resolution of the Governing Body has been duly
recorded in the minutes of the meeting and is now in full force and effect.
4. That said meeting was,duly convened and held in all respects
in accordance with Law and the By-Laws of the Locality. To the extent
required by Law or By-Laws, due and prope~ notice of said'meeting was given.
A legal quorum of members of the Governing Body was present throughout the
meeting, and a legally sufficient number ~f members of the Governing Body
voted in the proper manner and for the adoption of the Resolution of the
Governing Body. All other requirements and proceedings under Law, the By-Laws,
or otherwise, incident to the proper adoption of the Resolution of the Governing
Body, including any publication, if required by Law, have been duly fulfilled,
carried out, and otherwise observed.
5. If an impression of the seal has been affixed below, it constitutes
the official seal of the Loca.lity and this certificate is hereby executed under
such official seal and was duly affixed by the undersigned at the time this
'certificate was signed. If no seal has been affixed below, the Locality does
not have and is not legally required to have an official seal.
6. That the undersigned is duly authorized to execute this certificate.
