BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet
in the Mayor's Conference Room, Room 404, City-County
Building, in Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 18th day of May,
1985, for the purpose of considering and determining whether
an emergency exists for the passage of an Ordinance making
the follgwing appropriations in addition to the annual budget
adopted for the fiscal year of 1985.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of
said City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and
directed to give notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, th~s 20th day of April, 1985.
