RESOLUTION CONCERNING SPRING CLEAN-UP,
PAINT-UP PROGRAMS FOR 1985
FIX-UP,
during
THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF
OF JEFFERSONVILLE, CLARK COUNTY, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Spring is the traditional period of time
which "clean-up, fix-up, paint-up" programs are insti-
tuted; and
WHEREAS, the City of jeffersonville has been approached
by the Clark County Chamber of Commerce concerning such a
program; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council is in full agreement
and fully supports the aforementioned "clean-up, fix-up, paint-
up" program.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that all efforts of City
Government should be directed to the "clean-up, fix-up, paint-
up" of the City of jeffersonville and particularly the "clean-
up"
of:
1. The Interstate 65
2. The Quadrangle on
ramp area an Spring Street.
Tenth Street (front and rear).
3. The curbs and gutters on Court Avenue.
