BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet
in the City-County Building at jeffersonville, Indiana, on
the 20th day of April, 1985, for the purpose of considering
and determining whether an emergency exists for the passage
of an Ordinance making the following appropriations in addition
to the Annual Budget adopted for the fiscal year 1985.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Treasurer of the City
of Jeffersonvilte, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give notice as provided by law.
