BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville,
~Indiana that said Common Council will meet at Eastlawn School in
jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 16th day of March, 1985, for the purpose
of considering and determining whether an emergency exists for the pass-
age of an ordinance making the following appropriations in addition to
the annual budget adopted for the fiscal year of 1985.
Appropriations from the Parking Meter
Fund for the following:
Matching appropriations for downtown
sidewalk renovation
Appropriations.for labor, paint, new
meters, pzpe, and etc.

Appropriations from the Revenue
Sharing Fund for the following:
Parks Department
Memorial Park Repair

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Treasurer of said City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give notice
as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville, Indiana,
this 16th day of March , 1985.
