BE IT RESOLVED by the Common council of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, that in order to obtain sufficient
information concerning any requestS for budgetary transfers ~
'or requestS for ordinances concerning Departments, any Department
Head who has such an item on an Agenda for a Council meeting,
shall appear at that Council meeting. In the event that a
Department Head finds it impossible to attend a Council meeting
at which some item is on the Agenda concerning his Department,
such Department Head shall send a qualified individual from
his Department to explain to the Council the nature of the
request and the reasons why it should be passed.
