BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that said Common Council will meet
in the City-County Building, Mayor's Conference Room, at
Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 18th day of October, 1986,
for the purpose of considering and determining whether an emergency
exists for the passage of an Ordinance making the following
appropriations in addition to the Annual Budget adopted for
the fiscal year 1986.
Appropriations from the Motor vehicle
Fund for the Following:
Overtime Pay
Transfer Station for Disposal of
.City Debris
Amount
Requested
$10,000.00
20,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Treasurer
of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and
directed to give notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the
Jeffersonville, Indiana, this 6th day of October, 1986.
