WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville believes
that it is in the best interest of the City to have certain studies done
by S. K. Wilson & Associates, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville believes
it is in the best interest of the City to authorize the Jeffersonvil~e Board
of Public Works and Safety to enter into a contract with S. K. Wilson &
Associates, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council has certain salaries designated as
"Planner's Salary" available in its budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City
of Jeffersonville that the Jeffersonville Board of Public Works and Safety
should and is hereby authorized to e~ter into a contract with S. K. Wilson
& Associates for the purpose of making certain studies for and on behalf
of the City of Jeffersonville regarding the population, property values
and other information within Jeffersonville Township.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
