BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville,
Indiana, that said Common Council will meet in the Clark County Court House,
Mayor's Conference Room, at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on the 20th day of
September, 1986, for the purpose of considering and determining whether
an emergency exists for the passage of an Ordinance making the following
appropriations in addition to the Annual Budget adopted for the fiscal year
1986.
Appropriations From the Local Roads and
Streets Fund For the Following:
Eighth Street Engineering M-C720
Penn Street Engineering M-C700
Market Street Engineering M-C710

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Treasurer of the City of
Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to give notice as
provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana,
this 2nd day of September, 1986.
