WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville
believes that it is in the best interest of the City of jeffersonville
to support the Greenbelt Project between the City of New Albany,
the Town of Clarksville and the City of jeffersonville.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of
the City of jeffersonville that the City of jeffersonville shall
fully support the Greenbelt Project described above and that it
will provide such financial support for the project as is available
given the current financial crisis.
