BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that ~aid Common Council will meet
in the Clark County Court House Council Chamber at
Jeffersonvil le, Indiana, on the 7th day of July, 1986, for
the purpose of considering and determining whether an. emergency
exists for the passage of an Ordinance making the following
appropriations in addition to the Annual Budget adopted for
the fiscal year 1986.
Appropriations from the General Fund
For the Following:
Repair to Sewer Facility

$35,000.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Treasurer
of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and
directed to give notice as provided by law.
