RESOLUTION CONCERNING DETECTIVE DONALD J. CROFT
WHEREAS, Detective Donald J. Croft has served the
jeffersonville Police Department in an admirable fashion; and
WHEREAS, Detective Croft has been forced as a result of
disability to retire from the Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of ~effersonville
believes that Detective Croft should be allowed to keep his service
weapon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the jeffersonville
Police Department shall allow Detective Croft to retain his service
weapon without charge.
