RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE SALE OF CLARK COUNTY CABLEVISION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville that it hereby recommends to the jeffersonville
Board of Public Works and Safety that the sale of Clark County
Cablevision by Daniels and Associates to Insight Cable
Communications should be approved pursuant to the terms of the
contract between the City of jeffersonville and Clark County
Cablevision.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, this f day of ~y '
