BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City
of jeffersonville, Indiana, that said Common Council wishes
to go on record as being opposed to any rate increases that
may be granted to Public Service Indiana as a result of Marble
Hill; and
FURTHERMORE, the Common Council opposes customers
being punished for bad decisions on the part of management
of Public Service Indiana.
