ORDINANCE ALLOWING LEASE OF PARK PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville
believes that it is in the best interest of the City to enter
into a 10-year lease agreement with the jeff-Clark Preservation
Society for a portion of
as the Clark Arms Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
that the jeffersonville Board o~
granted permission to enter into a

ORDAINED by the Common Council
Parks and Recreation is hereby
