ORDINANCE NO. 86-OR-49
ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SA~ DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, an emergency now exists and it has become necessary
to appropriate more money for certain budgetary items; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same Department sufficient
moneys to pay this additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as herein-
after set out within the Animal Shelter budget be transferred as
indicated below:
FROM
~47400 Motor Equipment
TO
~25600 Other Supplies
AMOUNT
$2,120.70
ALLOTTED
$2,120.70
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
Passed this 3rd day of November, 1986.
