ORDINANCE NO. 86-0R-4~
ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT
necessary
and
WHEREAS, an emergency now exisns and it has become
to appropriate more money for certain budgetary items;
WHEREAS, there is now wihhin the same Department
sufficient moneys to pay this additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
of the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money
as Rereinafter set out within the Animal Shelter budget be
transferred as indicated below:
