ORDINANCE NO. 86-0R-45
ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTA~IN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, an emergency now exists and it has become necessary to
appropriate more money for certain budgetary items; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same Department sufficient moneys
to pay this additional amount.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of Jeffersonville, Indiana, that the sums of money as herinafter set
out within the Personnel and Safety budget be transferred as indicated
below:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
