ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 7 OF THE
jEFFERSONVILLE CITY CODE, SCHEDULE III
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the city of jeffersonville
believes that it is in the best interest of the City to reduce
the speed limit on Avondale Court.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of
the city of jeffersonville that schedule III. Speed Limits shall
be amended as follows:

Avondale Court 15
The Board of Public Works and Safety shall erect such
necessary to inform .the public of the restrictions
set forth above.
The penalty for anyone violating the provisions of this
Ordinance shall be those set forth in Section 70.99 of the
jeffersonvi]le City Code.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect fo]lowing
its signing and publication as required by law.
