ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THE
CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council have determined
that a surplus of funds now exists in the Cumulative Capital
Improvement Fund; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to
transfer a portion of such funds to the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that $35,000.00 is
hereby transferred from the Cumulative Capital Improvement
Fund to the General Fund of the City.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
