ORDINANCE AMENDING JEFFERSONVILLE CITY CODE
WHEREAS,
believes that the parking
safety hazard due to the
streets; and
WHEREAS,
believes that it
safe
the Common Council of the City of jeffersonvil]e
of buses on the City streets creates a
blockage of the line of site along such
the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville
is in the best interests of the City to reduce
problems whenever possible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of
City of jeffersonvil]e that Section 72.11(A) shall be amended
the
to read as follows:
(A) Semi-trailers,
unhooked tractors, unhooked trailers or
buses shall not be parked on a public street or alley
of the City except for the purpose of loading or unloading
the ca~go or passengers from such trucks or buses.
This Ordinance shall be in full force fo]low~ng its
signin~ and publication as required by ]aw.
