ORDINANCE CONCERNING ESTABLISHMENT OF PAYROLL DATES
FOR THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE
WHEREAS, the Common

Pursuant to the provisions of Indiana Code Section
5-7-3-1(b), employees of the C~ty of Jeffersonville who are
paid on a semi-monthly basis shall be pa~d upon the 10th and
the 25th of each month.
Should the 10th and 25th fall on Saturday, Sunday
or scheduled holiday, the City shall pay on the Friday preceding
that date.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
