ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
R.2, RESIDENTIAL, TO B-i, LOCAL BUSINESS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
of jeffersonville,
ordinance No. 1527, be
described is reclassified
to B-l, Local Business:
of the City
Indiana, that the zoning ordinance, being
amended in that the property herein
and rezoned from R-2, Residential,
Ail of Lots No. 1 through 12 inclusive, in Block
No. 4 of Ingram-Leavenworth subdivision (Plat Book
4, Page 20).
Also, Lot No. 4 in Block No. 5 of ingram-Leavenworth
Subdivision (Plat Book 4, Page 18).
Also, a ten (10) foot wide alley which lies between
said Lot 4, Block 5 and Lot 3, Block 4, which alley
extends northward from Thirteenth Street, 130 feet
and was vacated by ordinance dated December 14, 1983.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
