ORDINANCE NO. 86-0R-~
AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS
WITHIN THE SAME DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, Certain extradordinary emergencies have developed since
since the adoption of the existing annual budget and it has become necessary
to appropriate more money for certain budgetary items, and
I~HEREAS, there is now within the same department sufficient moneys to pay
such additional amounts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Jeffer-
sonville, Indiana:

That the sums of money as hereinafter set out within tach department be
transferred as indicated:

Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
