RESOLUTION CONCERNING REVENUE SHARING
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana~ that said Common Council will meet in the
Mayor,S Conference Room, located on the Fourth Floor of the City--
County Building in jeffersonville~ Indiana, on the 20th day of June~
1989, at 9:30 A.M., for the purpose of considering and determining
whether an emergency exists for the passage of an ordinance making
the annual budget adopted
the following appropriations in addition to
for the fiscal year of 1989.

Reouested
Appropriations from the Revenue
Sharing Fund for the following:
Drainage Study for Mellwood Subdivision $13,400.00
and Suburban Acres Subdivision-
Labor for Spruce and Sunshine Ditch $ 1~000.00
Maintenance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk and Treasurer of
the City of jefferosnville, Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed
to give notice as provided by law.
Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Jefferson-
