BE IT RESOLVED by the Common council of the City of
jeffersonville, County of Clark, State of Indiana, that said
Common Council shall have the authority to elect a vice
president as an officer of said council who shall have the
authority of the president of said council in the absence of
said president.
This resolution shall become effective upon its passage,
approval and publication as required by the laws of the state
of Indiana and/or ordinances of the City of jeffersonville.
