RESOLUTION CONCERNING USE OF CITY BUILDING
BY EMPTY STOCKING FUND
WHEREAS, the Clark County Empty Stocking Fund has in
the past and undoubtedly will in the future provide children
residing in Clark County with gifts of an appropriate nature
during the Christmas Season; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville
believes that it is in the best interest of the City to provide
the Clark County Empty Stocking Fund with a structure in which to
store its gifts and to operate from; and
WHEREAS, the Empty Stocking Fund of Clark County has in
the past maintained the City facility which the City allowed it
to use in an outstanding manner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of
the City of Jeffersonville as follows:
1. The Clark County Empty Stocking Fund may continue to
use the structure located on Tenth Street as it deems
appropriate for the operation of its organization and
