ORDINANCE NO. 8?-OR-__~--
ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT
to
moneys
City of jeffersonville,
set out within each department
WHEREAS, an emergency now exists and it has become necessary
appropriate more money for certain budgetary items; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same Department sufficient
to pay this additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
Indiana, that the sums of money as hereinafter
be transferred as indicated.
