ORDINANCE CONCERNING A STOP SIGN
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville, that notwithstanding any other provisions of the
City Code, existing ordinance not yet codified, Resolutions or
Orders of the Board of Public works and Safety, stop signs shall
be erected on Penn Street at its intersection with Seventh Street
in the City of jeffersonville.
This ordinance shall be in full force following its
signing and publication as required by law.
