ORDINANCE NO.
ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING CERTAIN
FUNDS WITHIN SAME DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, an emergency now exists and it has become necessary to
appropriate more money for certain budgetary items; and
WHEREAS, there is now within the same Department suIficient moneys to
pay this additional amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Jeffersonville, Indiana) that the sums of money as hereina~tter set out
within the Street Department bunget be transferred as indicated below:
