ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
B-3, GENERAL BUSINESS, TO I-2, INDUSTRIAL
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, that the Zoning Ordinance be amended
in that the property in the name of Thomas R. Sander, Fredrick
M. Ralston, and Earl and Doris Reisert, herein described, is
reclassified and rezoned from B-3, General Business, to I-2,
Industrial.
