ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
R-2, MULTI-FAMILY TO I-l, LIGHT INDUSTRY
BE IT ORDAINED bY the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, that the Zoning Ordinance be
amended in that the property herein described is
reclassified and rezoned from R-2, Multi-Family, to I-l,
Light Industry.
Part of Lots Nos. Eleven and Twelve (11 & 12) in Block
No. Forty-one (41) in the City of jeffersonville,
bounded thus:
its
Beginning on Mechanmc Street, 208 feet North of the
North line of Market Street; thence Eastwardly in line
parallel with Market Street, 200 feet to an alley;
thence at right angles Northwardly 22 feet: thence an
right angles in p.arallel line with Market Street,
Westwardly 200 feet; thence along Mechanic Street 22
feet to the place of beginning.
Also, Part of Lot No. Twelve (12) in Block No.
Forty-one (41) mn the City of jeffersonville, bounded
thus:
Begmnning an the northwest corner of said Lot on
Mechanic Street; thence Eastwardly on the Northern line
of said Lot, 200 feet, more or less, to an alley;
thence Southwardly on the line of said alley, 39 feet;
thence at rmght angles Westwardly 200 feet more or
less, to Mechanic Street; thence Northwardly on the
line of Mechanic Street, 39 feet to the place of
beginning, being 39 feet off the north side of Lot No.
12.
In the City of jeffersonville, Indiana, and having a
street address of 224 Mechanic Street.
This Ordinance shall be mn full force and effect upen
timely passage, promulgation and approval by the
Mayor.
Passed and adopted by the common Council of the
jeffersonville, Clark County, Indiana, on the ~
