ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
B-i, LOCAL BUSINESS, TO B-3, GENERAL BUSINESS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
jeffersonville, Indiana, that the Zoning ordinance be amended
in that the property herein described is reclassified and
rezoned from B-l, Local Busmness, to B-3, General Business.

Being the southerly 70 feet of Lot No. 1 and No. 2 in
Block No. 2 of william Ingram, Anna Ingram and Eliza A.
Read's Subdivision, No. 1 as shown in Plat Book 4, page
51 of the Clark County, Indiana, Records.
Subject to easements and restrictions of
affecting said real estate.

4 in said office, EXCEPTING THEREFROM, fifty (50 feet

Block No. 2 aforesaid, and EXCEPTING THEREFROM also a
strip of ground 20 feet by 62.5 in the Recorder's
office of Clark County, Indiana, at Deed Book 189, page
