FUNDS APPROPRIATED FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville
has previously adopted ordinance 88-OR-44, which ordinance
approved of the selling of $200,000.00 notes to be appropriated
for the benefit of the Department of Redevelopment in meeting
its financial obligations regarding the Falls Landing
Riverfront Development Project; and
WHEREAS, the Indiana State Board of Tax Commissioners has
determined that in order to appropriate those monies in the
manner contemplated by the Common Council it will be necessary
to provide a more detailed notice to the taxpayers~of the use
of such monies when appropriated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of
the City of jeffersonville that the Clerk-Treasurer of the City
of Jeffersonville is hereby directed to provide, pursuant to
to the taxpayers of
